Paul R. Crosby, MD, MBA is a psychiatrist who works with children, adolescents, and adults across the full range of psychiatric diagnoses. In addition to working with youth, he frequently works with executives, health professionals, and others in high-responsibility roles, with particular attention to privacy and discretion.

Dr. Crosby takes a whole-person, evidence-based approach to psychiatric care, integrating careful assessment, thoughtful psychopharmacology, and attention to the biological, psychological, and environmental factors that shape mental health across the lifespan. His clinical interests include ADHD and neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, trauma-related conditions, and experiences related to high cognitive ability, achievement, and performance. He welcomes complex presentations, diagnostic uncertainty, and second opinions.

Dr. Crosby is a Professor of Psychiatry and former Vice Chair of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neuroscience at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He spent nearly two decades at the Frances and Craig Lindner Center of Hope, where he served in senior leadership roles, including President and CEO. He is a Cincinnati Business Courier Healthcare Hero honoree and has been recognized multiple times among Cincinnati’s Top/Best Doctors and Ohio’s most influential business leaders. His executive experience informs his clinical work and his interest in how mental health shapes authenticity, effectiveness, and decision-making across relationships and settings.
